We are currently looking for an Office Coordinator to be responsible for executing the day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities-
-Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency-Managing supply chain-Payment follow ups-Doing the online and offline marketing like Product listings, Catalog management-Assist in vendor relationship management-Making reports, presentations, product listing for ecommerce websites-Assisting Manager in day-to-day operations
Qualifications and Requirements-
-Bachelor's degree preferred; comparable work experience accepted in lieu of degree-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access-Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.-Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.-Strong interpersonal skills, previous management experience
