Your role will be crucial in ensuring alignment with business goals and learner needs. You will work on designing and developing engaging content for various learning formats, including e-courses, classroom sessions, microlearning, and blended learning. Your experience in developing e-courses using tools like Articulate, Captivate, or other industry-standard platforms, as well as hands-on experience with LMS platforms and content management, will be assets in this position.
