All PRs related to Purchase dept. related PRs for AFEs, POs data updation, POs sharing to Vendors / Builders NFAs preparation for Vehicle hire & Guest House lease Scrap Sale - data maintenance, Follow up for Sale order creation, Invoice generation & forwarding to respective vendor.
3. Jobs Related
Car Policy & WC Policy tracking & updation CC & CKL Status updation, stability certificates. Arrangement of Leak Proof certificates by taking Builder certificates.
4. BUILDER / BUILDER BILLS Related
Builder data maintenance Collecting required documents, Verifying the bills, obtaining PF,ESI,WCP,GST Compliance details from Builders
