Coordinator 3 - Global Operations

As the escalation point-of-contact for high-level break/fix and maintenance issues for the XOC, your role will involve providing subject matter expertise for various aspects such as CRAN, CMTS, transport, Video, CDV, and HSI. You will work closely with engineering teams and perform complex analytical duties in planning, testing, and evaluating Comcast's network. Your responsibilities will include responding to escalations, resolving hardware and software failures, managing network tuning, performance, design strategies, and making recommendations to enhance network performance. **Core Responsibilities:** - Perform highly complex analytical duties in planning, testing, and evaluating Comcast's network, including CRAN, CMTS, and the IP platform and Video platform. Collaborate with engineering and national teams to ensure efficient network operations. - Measure network traffic volume and performance, identify utilization and performance issues, design strategies, and provide recommendations to enhance network performance. Support network additions and changes. - Develop and implement strategies to solve network issues or improve performance, including creating network system documentation and manuals for problem resolution and network enhancements. Support XOC tools and alarms, analyze system needs, and determine device priority on the network. - Ensure networking services" availability; evaluate, analyze, and monitor the network to identify problem areas. Monitor and isolate outages and impairments, maintain server databases and related resources, and devise strategies for network performance improvement. - Provide subject matter expertise for network equipment, offer technical training and support to operational groups, and update code and software for system performance optimization. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree. - Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 Years.
