Job Title: Coordination & Documentation Executive
Location: Kannur
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Gender Preference: Female candidates only
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Coordination & Documentation Executive to manage client requirements, convert them into clear and structured documents, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and understand client requirements and translate them into accurate documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure requirements are implemented effectively.
Maintain and organize all project-related documentation.
Monitor progress and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
Serve as a point of contact between clients and the company for clarification and updates.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: MBA in Finance or Administration.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Additional Information
Preference will be given to candidates from Kannur or nearby locations.
