About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Cook to manage our company's kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality, hygienic meals for our staff, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring the smooth running of all food-related services. This is a full-time, live-in position where food and accommodation are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook daily meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – for company staff.
• Skillfully prepare both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian dishes.
• Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including inventory of groceries and supplies.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen and storage areas at all times.
• Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and served in a timely manner.
• Wash utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment after use.
• Follow all company policies and health code regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Male candidate, preferably between 25-30 years of age.
• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
• Ability to handle kitchen tasks swiftly and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking.
• Understanding of proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment.

Qualification: Class 10/12th Pass or any General Graduate (Knowing Bengali Language is mandatory).
