Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Cook/Chef who can single handedly handle a small but versatile kitchen. The ideal candidate should be skilled in making pizzas, Italian dishes, sandwiches, light Indian food, breads, cookies, and café-style snacks and drinks. Creativity, cleanliness, and consistency are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas, sandwiches, pastas, salads, and light Indian dishes.
Bake cookies, breads, and other café items.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size.
Manage kitchen operations including stock, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Support café menu innovation with simple, fresh ideas.
Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or bakery preferred (1–3 years).
Knowledge of pizza-making and basic Italian cuisine is a must.
Baking experience (cookies, breads) is an advantage.
Ability to multitask in a small kitchen setup.
Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
Passion for cooking and a positive team spirit.
