We are seeking a dedicated and skilled culinary professional to join our team as a <PERSON>. Duties

• Assist in menu planning and development to create appealing and nutritious meal options.
• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.
• Utilize knife skills and other cooking techniques to prepare ingredients efficiently.
• Participate in catering events, ensuring high standards of food presentation and service.
• Provide support in the dietary department by assisting with meal preparation and serving as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the dietary department or as a dietary aide is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking within a culinary environment.
• Familiarity with fine dining standards and practices is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.
• Experience in restaurant or kitchen settings, showcasing versatility in the food industry.
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meal preparation are essential.
