Job Description

We’re looking for a committed, creative, and fast-paced Cook/Chef to join the Dirty Bird kitchen team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene Manage prep and mise en place before and during service Assist in developing new menu items and specials Ensure the kitchen is always clean, organized, and safe Work closely with front-of-house to ensure timely service Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and ordering Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times What We’re Looking For 6+months of experience in a commercial kitchen (fast casual preferred Passion for bold, indulgent comfort food — especially chicken Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure Team player with a strong work ethic Basic understanding of food safety (HACCP knowledge is a plus) Perks Competitive pay Creative freedom and input in seasonal menus Fun, collaborative kitchen culture Growth opportunities as the brand expands Be part of something unapologetically different
