Handle kitchen equipment such as tandoor, gas stove, fryer, and other cooking tools. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area. Ensure proper storage of ingredients and manage daily inventory. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards. Work closely with the kitchen team to meet customer demand.
