Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Multi-Cuisine Cook who can prepare a variety of dishes including Litti, Samosa, Chinese items, and Tandoor items. The ideal candidate should have good culinary skills, speed, and consistency in taste and quality. Key Responsibilities: Prepare Litti, Samosa, Chinese dishes (noodles, fried rice, Manchurian), and Tandoor items (naan, roti, tikka, kebabs, etc.). Manage the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items. Follow standard recipes and maintain consistent taste and quality. Handle kitchen equipment such as tandoor, gas stove, fryer, and other cooking tools. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area. Ensure proper storage of ingredients and manage daily inventory. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards. Work closely with the kitchen team to meet customer demand.
