Cook Assistant - Male

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in cooking South Indian Veg and Non-Veg dishes
• Handle cooking duties independently during the absence of the main cook
• Help with cutting, chopping, and ingredient preparation
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Manage cooking materials and ensure proper storage of food items
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation

Requirements

• Experience (1–3 years) or strong knowledge in South Indian cooking
• Ability to prepare both Veg and Non-Veg items
• Willing to work in Wayanad
• Punctual, responsible, and able to handle kitchen duties independently
• Team player with good hygiene habits
