As a Cook for a multi-cuisine kitchen operation, your role will involve preparing and cooking South Indian and Chinese cuisine while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area. You will be expected to follow recipes, portion standards, and food presentation guidelines, ensuring timely preparation and service of meals. Your responsibilities will also include handling day-to-day kitchen activities efficiently, managing food prep, chopping, and storage tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook South Indian and Chinese cuisine - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area - Follow recipes, portion standards, and food presentation guidelines - Handle day-to-day kitchen activities efficiently - Manage daily routine food prep, chopping, and storage tasks - Ensure timely preparation and service of meals Qualifications Required: - Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with cooking knowledge can apply) - Good knowledge of South Indian or Chinese food preparation - Ability to work in a team and follow instructions - Willingness to work in Wayanad or Coimbatore locations - Good hygiene and positive attitude In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers a salary range of 16,000 - 20,000 per month, along with provided food and accommodation.
