As an IVR Testing professional at AppX, you will work on cutting-edge conversational AI and voice technology solutions, contributing to the development and quality assurance of intelligent voice response systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate the system's ability in IVR Functionality Testing to process spoken language, navigate menus, and perform requested actions accurately. - Test dialogue scenarios in Conversational Flow Testing to ensure the system provides correct and coherent responses. - Assess speech-to-text conversion performance and accuracy for Voice Recognition Validation in varied environments. - Ensure clarity, tone, and naturalness of the system's audio responses in Text-to-Speech Evaluation. - Log defects, collaborate with developers, and engineers for timely resolution in Bug Identification & Reporting. - Design and execute detailed test scripts covering standard and edge-case scenarios in Test Case Development. - Utilize IVR-specific testing tools such as CYARA and relevant automation frameworks in Tool Utilization. **Skills and Qualifications:** - Strong Understanding of IVR & Conversational AI with in-depth knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), speech recognition, and dialog systems. - Hands-on Experience with Testing Tools like CYARA or similar IVR testing automation frameworks. - Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills to articulate issues clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - High Attention to Detail to identify subtle issues and verify compliance with quality benchmarks. - Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments. - Basic Programming Knowledge with an understanding of scripting or programming languages such as Python or Java as a plus.,
