Controls Testing-First Line of Defense

Lead and support controls testing to ensure compliance with Laws, Rules, and Regulations (LRR) for Own Funds, Eligible Liabilities, and all RWA risk types.

• Own and deliver high-quality, timely control testing and sample reviews of 1LOD work.

• Prepare workpapers and reports to a high standard using agreed templates.

• Document issues and agree on remediation with stakeholders.

• Provide subject matter input on controls and PRA regulatory reporting compliance.

• Conduct walkthroughs and test control design and operating effectiveness for regulatory compliance.

• Review and provide feedback on 1st Line Of Defense control testing samples.

• Document test results and issues per agreed templates.

• 
  Strong written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with reporting teams globally with 4-10 years of experience.

• Skilled in presentations and advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Solid understanding of balance sheet, finance processes, and control/governance frameworks.

• Experience with PRA regulatory reporting, SOX testing, and practical knowledge of PRA capital rule compliance.
