Controller of Examinations

Responsibilities:

• Examination Planning and scheduling.
• Paper Setting and Moderation.
• Examiner Management.
• Result Processing and Declaration.
• Examination Security and Confidentiality.
• Grievance Handling and Issue Resolution.
• Documentation and Reporting.
• Collaboration with Faculty and Administration.
• Compliance with Accreditation and Regulatory Standards.

Candidate Profile:

1. In-depth understanding of engineering curriculum and assessment methodologies used in technical education.

2. Strong knowledge of examination protocols, including exam scheduling, paper setting, moderation, grading, and result compilation.

3. Proficient in examination management systems, learning management systems (LMS), and digital grading tools.

4. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, faculty, administrative staff, and external examiners.

5. Ability to lead and manage examiner teams, invigilators, and administrative staff

6. Ability to manage and solve examination-related issues, such as malpractices, discrepancies, or unforeseen events during exams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
