Control Tower & Data Insight Leads

Role Summary:

We are seeking a data-driven, analytical professional to lead centralized reporting,

performance monitoring, inventory planning, and demand forecasting. This role will provide the

leadership team with timely dashboards and insights, while driving inventory accuracy and

proactive demand planning across all warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

Control Tower & Reporting:

• Build and manage daily/weekly/monthly dashboards and trackers for operational KPIs

(OTIF, dispatch accuracy, inward TAT, productivity).

• Generate MIS reports and business updates for leadership review.

• Conduct root cause analysis on misses, delays, or operational inefficiencies.

Inventory Management & Planning:

• Own inventory health reportingaging analysis, stock coverage, slow movers, stock-

outs, and excesses.

• Monitor inward schedules vs. dispatch plans to ensure inventory availability for on-time

order fulfillment.

• Support stock rationalization and inventory holding optimization across all

warehouses.

Demand Planning:

• Analyze historical dispatch patterns and upcoming demand to build rolling forecasts.

• Work with Sales, Procurement, and Operations to align demand and supply plans.

• Drive visibility of critical inventory gaps and support timely decision-making.

Continuous Improvement & Insights:

• Identify and track process improvement opportunities.

• Measure the impact of new initiatives and cost-saving projects.

• Collaborate with tech teams to build or improve automation and reporting tools.

Requirements:

• 46 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Inventory Planning, or MIS roles in

warehousing, retail, or e-commerce sectors.

• Strong data analysis, forecasting, and inventory management skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau is mandatory.

• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, dispatch flows, and inventory control.

• Excellent communication and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
