As an Industrial Automation Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in the development, testing, and commissioning of industrial automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - **Development**: - Design and develop PLC programs, SCADA & HMI applications, and IIoT solutions. - Ensure alignment with control narratives and logic specifications. - Adhere to standard development practices for high-quality output. - **Testing & Validation**: - Conduct thorough in-house testing and validation using simulation tools. - Ensure all systems function correctly before site commissioning. - **Technical Documentation**: - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all projects. - **Site Commissioning**: - Perform testing and commissioning at client sites, ensuring seamless integration with existing process systems. - Provide remote support for troubleshooting and system optimization. - **Training & Mentorship**: - Provide training and development support to junior engineers. **Qualifications**: - **Education**: - B.Tech/BE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation. - **Experience**: - Minimum 3+ years in PLC programming, SCADA & HMI development, and commissioning. - **Skills**: - Proficient in programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of PLC, SCADA, and HMIs. - Skilled in programming languages such as STL, FBD, Ladder, and scripting languages. - Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols. - Good understanding of control system architecture and diagrams. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills. - Leadership qualities.
