Control Design Engineer

The main function is to work on design of electrical loop schematic (ELS) , Single Line Diagram (SLD) , Electrical Panel Layout and Control system design including PLC SW and HW , HMI SW changes for turbomachinery projects for New equipment (NPI, NTI) or Aftermarket product changes or upgrades.

Required Skills:

• Sound Knowledge on PLC Systems, RS Logix 5000, HMI designer tools, hydro mechanical devices and control panel layouts.
• Strong work experience in PLC, Medium and Low voltage modules like switch gears, MCC, VFD, Generators, Battery charger etc.,
• Hands on experience with Electrical CAD package (Promise CONNECT), experience using AutoCAD, E-PLAN or similar is essential.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills is a must.
• Experience in Oil & Gas Industry, Electric Power Generation, Turbine domain, Renewable Energy generation , Electrical Panel developers etc will be added advantage.
• Proficient in Product Life Cycle Management (PLM).
• Experience in New Product Development (NPI) Full product cycle.
• Strong Experience in Collaborating with Various Cross functional teams on understanding requirements to develop and implement new/improve processes.
• Experienced in all project phases using Agile Methodologies (Scrum/Sprint/Azure DevOps) will be added advantage.
