Job Title: Contract Rate Upload Executive – Hotel

Location: Andheri or Remote

Reports To: Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Contract Rate Upload Executive – Hotel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that hotel and serviced-apartment rates, availability, and promotional content are uploaded and maintained accurately on extranets such as e‑Juniper and other vendor platforms for international destinations. The role supports seamless operations by implementing contractual terms, ensuring rate parity, and enabling effective distribution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret hotel and serviced-apartment contracts to extract rate plans, blackout dates, promotional rules, commission structures, and other contractual terms.
  • Upload and maintain rates, availability calendars, promotions, tactical offers, and exclusive deals on extranets like e‑Juniper and other systems.
  • Perform daily or periodic updates to availability and rate boards as received from contracted properties, and send reports on daily tasks.
  • Map contracted properties accurately for system use.
  • Conduct price comparisons and parity checks; flag discrepancies and resolve issues with third-party suppliers or property contacts.
  • Produce and maintain product reports and audit logs in Excel as per management directions.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and external property contacts to clarify contract terms and resolve upload issues.
  • Adhere to SLAs for rate and availability updates and escalate blockers promptly.
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years’ experience in hotel contracting, rate loading, or operations on hotel extranets (e‑Juniper, Extranet systems, etc.) or demonstrated aptitude to learn quickly.
  • Ability to read and interpret commercial contracts and translate terms into system rules.
  • Comfortable with Excel and producing periodic reports.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple properties and deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with international time zones and multicultural vendor contacts (shift options: 10 AM to 7:30 PM, 12:30 PM to 10 PM, depending on department requirements).

Desirable Skills

Experience with hotel mapping and third-party hotel feed reconciliation.

Experience working with Extranet or OTA platforms.

May require occasional early or late hours to coordinate with international partners.
