Contract Rate Upload Executive

As a Contract Rate Upload Executive Hotel, your role will involve meticulously reviewing and interpreting hotel and serviced-apartment contracts to extract rate plans, blackout dates, promotional rules, commission structures, and other contractual terms. You will be responsible for uploading and maintaining rates, availability calendars, promotions, tactical offers, and exclusive deals on extranets like eJuniper and other systems. Your proactive approach will support seamless operations by ensuring rate parity, effective distribution, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Review and interpret hotel and serviced-apartment contracts for extracting key terms. - Upload and maintain rates, availability calendars, promotions, and exclusive deals on extranets. - Perform daily updates to availability and rate boards, and provide reports on daily tasks. - Accurately map contracted properties for system use. - Conduct price comparisons, flag discrepancies, and resolve issues with suppliers. - Produce and maintain product reports and audit logs in Excel. - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts to clarify terms. - Adhere to SLAs for rate and availability updates, escalating blockers promptly. - Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 3 years experience in hotel contracting, rate loading, or operations on hotel extranets. - Ability to interpret commercial contracts and translate terms into system rules. - Proficiency in Excel for producing periodic reports. - Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple properties and deadlines. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable working with international time zones and multicultural contacts. Desirable Skills: - Experience with hotel mapping and third-party hotel feed reconciliation. - Familiarity with Extranet or OTA platforms. - Willingness to accommodate occasional early or late hours for international coordination.
