Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career according to your preferences. Your role will involve managing and executing Non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs), supporting non-Fieldglass contingent workforce enablement and extension, and managing various types of contracts such as Lease, Insurance, Legacy (Pre-Coupa) contracts, Non-Compliant contracts, and Termination/Assignment letters. Additionally, you will work with the TPMO to complete risk assessments for in-scope engagements and follow up on outstanding contract approvals. You will also be responsible for managing Coupa Contract Templates. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute Non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs) - Support non-Fieldglass contingent workforce enablement and extension - Manage tactical contract execution for various types of contracts - Work with TPMO to complete risk assessments for in-scope engagements - Follow up with outstanding contract approvals - Manage Coupa Contract Templates Qualifications Required: - 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role - Customer service focus with strong verbal and written communication skills - Fluent in English, Coupa, Microsoft Suites, ServiceNow, and DocuSign - Functional experience in managing contracts through the creation, approval, and execution process is a plus Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, dedicated to helping organizations accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world.
