Experience: You should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Order to Cash processes. Shifts: You are expected to work in the Night Shift from 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM. Cab Facility: Transportation will be provided for your commute. Job Description: In terms of knowledge, you should be familiar with ERP Systems, with SAP knowledge being a plus. You should have experience working with Service Contracts, Sales Orders, and Billing. It is essential that you understand Contract Language, including items such as SOW, SLA, Entitlements, Cost and Sell Pricing, and Master Data. Functionally, the successful candidate will be able to quickly develop and retain knowledge to ensure smooth and successful transactions for Order Management, Operations, and Finance. You will be responsible for reading and understanding customer requirements as outlined in the statement of work. Additionally, you will need to review documentation for accuracy and communicate any discrepancies with internal associates promptly. Your ability to translate contract language into data entry within the SAP contract module is crucial for both our operations team to serve customers effectively and to meet invoicing requirements. A basic understanding of revenue recognition from booking to billing contracts is also expected. Key Competencies: - Exposure to corporate or manufacturing environments and assembly processes. - Proficiency in contract language, negotiation, analysis, time management, and organization. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and advisory role. - Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors. - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Ariba, or other ERP/P2P solutions. - Subject matter expertise in procurement categories and project management skills. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering. - 8-10 years of relevant experience in procurement or related fields. - Willingness to travel up to 25%. Preferred Qualifications: - Educational background in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or Organizational Leadership Management. - Multiple years of buying experience in an industrial setting. - Certification such as CSCP, CPSM, CPIM, CPSD, or Six Sigma Green Belt.,
