Contract Engineers

As a Contract Engineer working on the Project Management Consultancy Services (PMC) for Construction of Double line electrified Railway Track with signalling and telecommunication system for the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor Project in New Delhi, your role will be crucial in overseeing the management of contracts related to transport infrastructure works. You will be responsible for handling tasks related to Contracts Management and Project Management independently. Your responsibilities will include: - Independently handling EOT, DAB, and Arbitration cases. - Administering the PMC contract based on FIDIC conditions. - Assisting various departments with various contract provisions. - Drafting contractual letters to the contractor and drafting replies to the letters received from the contractor. - Preparing SOC (Statement of Claims), rejoinder, etc. - Ensuring timely completion of tasks set by the Project Director / Dy. Project Director/ Chief Contracts Administrator. - Managing contract administration & commercial aspects such as Client billing, Escalation, Variation orders, dealing with Contractual clauses, claims, rate analysis for extra items as per FIDIC. - Supporting Chief Contract Administrator/Sr. Contract Manager/Contract Manager in all contractual matters within the targets set by him. Qualification Required: - Minimum B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience. - Minimum 3 years of continuous experience managing contracts related to transport infrastructure works including Variation/Claims/EOT. - Fully conversant with FIDIC Conditions of Contract. - Preferably below 30 years of age. This is a contractual employment opportunity initially for a duration of 12 months, with the possibility of extension.,
