The Senior Sales Manager position at our Manufacturing/Product-Based Company in Sector-64, Noida, requires 5 to 12 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing or product-driven environment. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Director and be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage customer relationships, and expand market presence. Your role will involve in-depth understanding of product life cycles, manufacturing processes, and B2B sales dynamics. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in industrial or consumer product sales and demonstrate proficiency in leading large teams, managing key accounts, and overseeing dealer/distributor networks. Key Responsibilities: - Create and execute strategic sales plans in line with company objectives. - Drive revenue growth across existing and new markets. - Conduct market analysis, identify customer needs, and monitor competitor activities. - Lead and guide a team of sales executives. - Establish KPIs, evaluate performance, and ensure achievement of sales targets. - Cultivate strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and major B2B clients. - Manage negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract discussions. - Collaborate with production and inventory teams to synchronize sales efforts with manufacturing capabilities and schedules. - Provide market feedback to enhance product offerings and optimize supply chain planning. - Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and delivery timelines in coordination with SCM and production departments. - Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage customer data, forecasts, and sales pipeline effectively. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 5-12 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing or product-based company. - Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets. - Sound knowledge of industrial products, supply chain logistics, and production lead times. - Experience in key account management, distribution channels, and export sales is advantageous. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities. - Willingness to travel as required.
