Job Summary:
We are looking for talented Commis I & II (Continental & Italian Cuisine) who can prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with restaurant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes as per standard recipes for Continental & Italian cuisine.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure proper portion control and presentation.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
• 1–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Continental and Italian cooking techniques.
• Team player with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
