Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Continental Commis I to join our hotel’s kitchen team. The role includes assisting in food preparation, cooking continental dishes, and maintaining kitchen standards. Candidates from the hospitality or hotel field are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking continental dishes as per hotel standards.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Support daily mise-en-place and station preparation.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
• Follow instructions from CDP, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef.
• Assist in plating, garnishing, and food presentation.
• Support kitchen operations during à la carte, buffet, and banquet service.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues promptly.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking methods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Hospitality / hotel field candidates preferred.

Salary

₹22-23,000 CTC per month
