Continental Commi (Cook)

We are looking for a skilled Continental Commi Cook to join our kitchen team at Lantern Grove, a premium fine-dining restaurant in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in continental cuisine, plating techniques, and kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle mise-en-place and basic prep for sauces, salads, grills, pastas, and main course items.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
• Work efficiently under pressure during service hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a continental kitchen (hotel/restaurant preferred).
• Good understanding of continental cuisine and cooking methods.
• Willingness to learn and take instructions.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a professional attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
