Job Description

  • Prepare, cook, and present continental dishes such as pasta, grilled meats, steaks, salads, soups, sauces, and desserts.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared with high-quality ingredients and consistent standards.
  • Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Assist in menu planning, portion control, and food cost management.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store/purchase team for timely supply of ingredients.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff as needed.
  • Maintain proper food storage and labeling as per safety standards.
  • Innovate and introduce new dishes and plating styles to enhance the menu.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
