Responsibilities
Required to provide quality Continental food including English, Italian & Mexican and to maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety at all times. Responsible for day-to-day operations of kitchen
Qualifications
Must be well versed in Continental cuisines. Experience in Relevant cuisines.- Hands on experience in food costing and cost control- Hands on experience in recipe management- In-charge for hiring and training new kitchen staff.- Manage the recipe and ensure taste and quality is maintaine.
