Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
  • Prepare mise-en-place (cutting vegetables, marination, sauces, etc.) for the continental section.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area as per kitchen standards.
  • Follow instructions from CDP and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Learn and understand recipes, portion control, and plating standards.
  • Assist in storage and labeling of ingredients properly.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines (FSSAI standards).
  • Support the team during busy service hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
