Job Description:

We are hiring Continental Commis – Level 1, 2 & 3 for our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have basic to good knowledge of Continental cuisine and kitchen operations, with experience in reputed food brands and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking as per Continental standards
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety norms
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Ensure proper portion control and presentation
• Follow kitchen SOPs and instructions from seniors

Requirements:

• Experience in good brands within cafés, casual dining, or premium QSR kitchens
• Prior experience in a Continental kitchen preferred
• Freshers with basic Continental knowledge can apply for Commis 3
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs
• Ability to work in shifts
• Team player with a positive attitude

Salary / Budget:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
