We're looking for content writers with 1-2 years of experience, preferably with a background in User-Generated Content (UGC). However, we are open to candidates from all content writing backgrounds, as long as they are eager to learn and adopt new approaches.

About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a quick-thinking, UGC Strategist with a strong sense of style and a collaborative attitude. This is not your typical writing job — we want someone who can bring fresh ideas, contribute to content shoots and work closely with creators and models. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end UGC shoot process: ideation, pre-production, execution and post-production.
• Plan and manage UGC deliverables (monthly/quarterly) for assigned brands under the guidance of the UGC Lead.
• Stay updated on UGC trends, hooks and formats to keep content engaging.
• Support in recruiting and coordinating with UGC creators, models and influencers.
• Draft scripts, hooks and content outlines tailored to each brand’s needs.
• Ensure content meets Agadh’s quality standards for video, audio, lighting and presentation.
• Provide creative briefs and assistance during shoots.
• Ensure models deliver authentic and brand-aligned performances.
• Maintain a UGC deliverables tracker and keep status updated for accountability.
• Conduct quality checks before submissions.
• Act promptly on client queries/messages related to UGC deliverables.
• Collaborate with editors, copywriters and the UGC Lead to refine outputs.
• Proactively share ideas and improvements based on client/market feedback.

• Minimum 3 years of prior experience in story writing, UGC creation or social media storytelling.
• Someone who is quick, witty and creative — with a unique tone and perspective.
• Strong aesthetic sense and great personal style — someone who can look the part and inspire others.
• A team player who’s humble, grounded and easy to work with — zero attitude, all hustle.
• Comfortable working around models, creators and during high-paced shoot environments.
• Proactive and willing to support the team beyond just writing — from idea to execution.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple brand deliverables.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow under the mentorship of the UGC Lead.

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle or D2C content production.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others in front of it.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels and viral content formats.
