About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Understand suite of digital solutions, learning platforms, academic services, and school transformation offerings.

• Create high-quality content for brochures, flyers, social media content, including posts, storytelling campaigns, internal/external communication pieces, engagement programs and events, thought leadership snippets, and educator-focused narratives.

• Create scripts for product videos, testimonial videos, and promotional collaterals, to communicate product value propositions with clarity, simplicity, and impact.

• Draft website content, landing pages, and product descriptions aligned with TCEs positioning.

• Embed relevant pedagogical principles, learning theories and government advocacies, 21st-century skills, and instructional design concepts into content.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to to understand requirements, ensure content accuracy and bring content to life for timely delivery.

• Develop blogs, articles, whitepapers, and long-form content that reflect research-led philosophy.

• Stay updated with education policies, EdTech trends, global innovations, and school transformation models.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of school systems, learning environments, classroom practices, and educator needs with the ability to translate technology features into educational benefits.

• Basic understanding of digital learning solutions, LMS platforms, smart-class systems, and student learning outcomes

• Understanding of NEP 2020, FLN mission, AI-in-education, assessments, and other education trends.

• Skilled in writing clear, structured, school-relevant, and engaging content with the ability to switch tone across audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in content writing in EdTech or education communication (flexible based on capability).

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Education, Educational Technology, English, Communication, Journalism, Psychology, or related fields.

• Experience in EdTech, K–12 education, publishing, curriculum design, or academic writing is an advantage.
