As a Content Writer at Recruiterflow, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and informative content for various platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Researching, ideating, and developing a range of content types such as articles, blogs, white papers, case studies, and press communications. - Working closely with the marketing team to align content with the organization's strategy and deliver it across different stages of the Buyer's Journey (TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU). - Managing a content calendar, ensuring content targets are met, and contributing to marketing activities like social media campaigns and nurture campaigns. - Playing a key role in building and maintaining Reddit as a distribution channel for brand content. - Adhering to SEO standards, conducting quality checks on content, and ensuring it aligns with the organization's editorial guidelines. The ideal candidate for this role will have: - At least 4 years of writing experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on B2B content writing or SaaS content creation. - Strong communication skills, excellent copywriting abilities, and a knack for ideation, research, and writing. - Comfort working under tight deadlines and possessing a proactive attitude towards work.
