Content Writer Performance Marketing

You will be joining QI Spine Clinic, India's leading chain of advanced back & spine clinics, as a Content Writer for Performance Marketing in Mumbai office. QI Spine Clinic specializes in non-surgical treatment of back and neck pain through advanced technology and medical expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-converting content for various platforms to support the performance marketing team. Your main responsibilities will include: - Writing impactful content for Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic ad campaigns - Creating engaging headlines, descriptions, and scripts to drive leads - Supporting A/B testing with multiple copy variations - Collaborating with designers to ensure alignment of visuals and messaging - Optimizing content for click-through rate, conversion, and relevance - Developing short-form content for retargeting, awareness, and lead nurturing funnels - Researching customer pain points, motivations, and psychology to create resonating copy - Adapting long-form educational content into ad-ready formats To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proficiency in performance-driven copywriting and direct-response techniques - Strong English writing and editing skills - Basic knowledge of Meta and Google Ads - Ability to write content with medical accuracy and empathy - Capability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple iterations - Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or Trello is a plus The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or English, with prior experience in writing ads for a healthcare or D2C brand.
