Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to craft compelling content that educates, engages, and converts. You’ll be the voice behind our brand—translating complex billing concepts into clear, persuasive messaging across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit blog posts, website copy, email campaigns, and social media content
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging with business goals
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to all content
• Stay updated on dental industry trends, insurance policies, and billing regulations
• Proofread and ensure content accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Must have Knowledge Canva, Microsoft Word, Google Doc, Grammarly, Hemingway Editor, ect.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing
• Excellent grammar, storytelling, and research skills
• Familiarity with dental billing or healthcare terminology is a plus
