Content Writer – Fresher

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative Content Writer – Freshers who are passionate about writing and eager to learn digital marketing concepts. As a trainee, you will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Content Writing & Development :
• Create original and engaging content for websites, blogs, articles, and product descriptions.
• Write promotional, informational, and basic technical content.
• Maintain consistency with brand voice and business objectives.

Editing & Proofreading :

• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and grammatical correctness.
• Revise content based on feedback from seniors and the marketing team.

SEO & Digital Content Support:

• Assist in writing SEO-friendly website and blog content.
• Learn and apply basic SEO techniques such as keyword usage and content structuring.

Social Media Content :

• Create captions and content ideas for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Support content planning for digital marketing campaigns.

Research & Ideation :

• Conduct online research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
• Generate fresh and creative content ideas.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Project management or ERP-related certifications are an added advantage

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in IT services, ERP, or Odoo implementation environments
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a project-based setup
• Prior exposure to ERP implementation lifecycle is required
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects is a plus

Must Have

• Must Have good communication skills
• Understanding of ERP implementation processes (Initiation, Design, UAT, Go-Live, Support)
• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
• Working knowledge of Odoo ERP, preferably the Odoo Project module
• Ability to track tasks, milestones, and dependencies systematically
• Proficiency in tools like Odoo, Excel, Google Workspace / MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and process adherence mindset
• Experience with Change Request management

Pay: ₹12,912.57 - ₹35,820.24 per month
