As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and educational content tailored for children aged 4 to 10. You will craft stories, comprehension questions, games, quizzes, and activities covering subjects like English, Math, Science, and Coding. Additionally, you will review content, stay informed about ed-tech trends, manage multimedia assets, and assist with tech-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Develop high-quality, age-appropriate content for children aged 4 to 10, including educational stories, comprehension questions, and exercises in various subjects. - Create engaging games, quizzes, puzzles, and interactive learning materials. - Customize content to cater to different learning styles while ensuring it is both fun and educational. - Review and provide feedback on content from third-party partners and writers, ensuring alignment with educational standards and the target age group. - Stay updated on the latest trends in the ed-tech space, researching new methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience for young children. - Manage educational assets like images, graphics, and multimedia materials to complement the content and be suitable for the age group. - Assist with tech-related tasks, troubleshooting educational platforms and tools to ensure smooth implementation and usage of digital resources. Qualifications Required: - Academic Background: Degree or certification in fields such as Human Development, Early Childhood Education, Counselling Psychology, or Management of Learning Difficulties. - Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an international preschool/school setting, working directly with young children in an educational environment. - Proficiency in Multimedia & Technology: Strong understanding of multimedia tools, e-learning platforms, and technology used in educational content creation. - Creative and Analytical Skills: Ability to create engaging, educational content and adapt materials to various learning styles. Must be detail-oriented with a strong understanding of age-appropriate learning. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
