We are a growing digital solutions company helping brands scale with creative content, design, and technology. We’re looking for a creative storyteller who can craft engaging scripts and ideas for Instagram Reels and short-form social media content.

What You’ll Do

• Create script ideas, captions, and hooks for Instagram Reels that grab attention in the first 3 seconds.
• Research trending sounds, hashtags, and content styles on Instagram & TikTok to apply them for brands.
• Write snappy, conversational captions that match Gen Z & Millennial tone.
• Collaborate with design/video editors to ensure scripts flow smoothly with visuals.
• Plan content calendars with engaging series, challenges, and seasonal campaigns.
• Adapt brand stories into fun, relatable, and shareable reels.

Requirements

• Strong writing skills with a natural, conversational tone.
• Understanding of Instagram trends, meme culture, and viral formats.
• Ability to come up with catchy one-liners, hooks, and CTAs.
• Prior experience in writing short-form video scripts/ad copies is a plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt writing for different niches (lifestyle, skincare, travel, e-commerce).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Tamil + English mix writing for a regional audience appeal.
• Basic SEO & social media marketing awareness.
• Experience in handling influencer or brand collaborations.
