Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Content Writer to join our marketing team at Flowrec. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in content creation, preferably within the IT or SaaS domain. In this role, you will be responsible for producing clear, engaging, and high-quality content that strengthens our digital presence and supports lead-generation efforts. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, sales, and product teams to ensure that all content aligns with our brand voice, messaging, and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Research, write, and edit a wide range of content including blogs, website copy, landing pages, case studies, social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Develop persona-based messaging that resonates with specific buyer profiles and industry segments.
• Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand, engaging content.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand identity across all content formats.
• Generate new content ideas aligned with industry trends, audience needs, and marketing goals.

Quality Assurance & Optimization

• Proofread, fact-check, and edit all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality.
• Incorporate SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
• Use analytics tools to measure content performance, identify improvement areas, and optimize future content strategies.

Collaboration & Campaign Support

• Work closely with marketing, sales, presales, design, and product teams to develop impactful communication strategies.
• Partner with the digital marketing and marketing automation teams to support campaign execution.
• Contribute to maintaining and managing a content calendar to ensure timely delivery across channels.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1–3 years of content writing or digital marketing experience, preferably in the IT/SaaS domain.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Technical Understanding: Ability to understand IT concepts and willingness to upskill in the tech domain.
• SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
• Research Skills: Strong research capabilities with the ability to write on technical and non-technical topics.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Tools: Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation tools.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Experience writing for SaaS, IT solutions, or software products.
• Ability to create both short-form and long-form content across diverse formats.
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles or visual content tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).
• Proactive, organized, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for storytelling and content marketing.
