Position English Teacher Content Writer Job Description Job Title: English Teacher Content Writer Client: Leading IT Services MNC Location: [Gurgaon WFO Experience: 5 to 25+ years Qualification: MA in English (mandatory) Job Purpose: To support and enhance the personal branding and thought leadership efforts of the CEO by editing and improvising written content for social media platforms. This role requires excellent command over English language, strong business writing skills, and a deep understanding of corporate communication and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities: Edit, refine, and elevate content written by or for the CEO, ensuring high standards of grammar, clarity, tone, and style. Collaborate with the CEOs team to develop posts, blogs, and other written material aligned with personal branding and business goals. Ensure that all content resonates with the target audience—corporate leaders, industry professionals, clients, and stakeholders. Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all communication platforms. Research and incorporate relevant trends, themes, and corporate updates to enrich content. Occasionally draft original content including thought pieces, opinion articles, white papers, etc. Ensure alignment with the company’s brand guidelines and communication strategy. Candidate Profile: MA in English from a reputed institution (mandatory). 5 to 25+ years of professional experience as an English teacher, language expert, or communication specialist. Strong command over English grammar, punctuation, and writing styles. Exposure to or experience in editing and improving professional or corporate communication. Good to have: experience writing blogs, articles, white papers, or content for leadership communication. Ability to understand complex business topics and communicate them in a simple, engaging manner. High attention to detail and commitment to quality and deadlines. Desirable Traits: Creative thinker with the ability to make business content compelling. Understanding of digital content trends, especially on LinkedIn and Twitter. Prior experience working with CXOs or in high-level communication projects is an added advantage. Remuneration: As per industry standards, commensurate with experience.
