Content Writer

As a Content Writer at our company, you will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand content for various social media platforms including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns. You will collaborate closely with designers, marketing, and branding teams to ensure alignment between visuals and copy. Researching trends, hashtags, and competitor content will be crucial to keep our content relevant and innovative. Additionally, you will be drafting compelling copy for ads, influencer collaborations, product highlights, and promotional posts while maintaining a consistent tone of voice across all digital touchpoints. Your role will also involve optimizing content for better reach, engagement, and conversions, proofreading and editing content before posting, as well as assisting in building monthly content calendars and campaign ideas. To be successful in this position, you should hold a bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field. While 2 years of experience in content writing is preferred, interns and freshers with strong skills are encouraged to apply. You must demonstrate excellent command of written English, including grammar, tone, and creativity. Understanding different content formats and tones for various platforms, staying updated on current social media trends, and writing catchy captions, hooks, and CTAs are essential requirements. Good collaboration and time management skills are also highly valued. It would be advantageous if you possess basic knowledge of Canva, social media scheduling tools (like Buffer or Meta Business Suite), have prior experience with D2C or e-commerce brands, and understand SEO basics and hashtag strategy.
