Job Description

The Development Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the fundraising efforts of Christel House India. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including donor lead generation, content creation, event coordination, and administrative tasks.

• Volunteer Coordination
• Event Management
• Administrative & Reporting

Qualifications:

• Master's/ bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., development, business administration, marketing, communications).
• Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and donor management software’s.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Experience : 3-5 yrs of experience in related field.

Location: This role is based in Bangalore. Candidates currently residing in Bangalore or with a strong understanding of the city's donor network will be at an added advantage.
