Content Writer

Role Overview

We are looking for an Instructional Content Writer who can create clear, engaging, and learner-focused content. The role requires strong writing skills, an understanding of instructional design principles, and the ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand learning material.

Key Responsibilities

Write and develop content for eLearning modules, training materials, and assessments.

Create scripts, storyboards, case studies, and other instructional documents.

Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to structure content.

Simplify complex topics into engaging and learner-friendly formats.

Ensure content is accurate, aligned with learning objectives, and tailored to the target audience.

Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.

Stay updated on eLearning trends, writing styles, and digital learning practices.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communication, or related field.

2–6 years of experience in content writing, preferably in eLearning, EdTech, or training.

Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Creativity, attention to detail, and learner-centric mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
