Job Description

The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning, driving sales, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to meet business objectives while maintaining high standards of store performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Achieve sales targets and monitor KPIs for overall business growth.
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Supervise inventory control, stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and adherence to brand guidelines.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and staff performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with the Retail Director and senior management for strategy implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of retail KPIs, sales strategies, and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS/Retail software systems.
