Content Writer and Editor

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Writer to produce engaging, high-quality written content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate has excellent writing and research skills, is detail-oriented, and can create content that drives traffic, engages readers, and converts leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, write, and edit clear, compelling content for websites, blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, email campaigns, and more.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and SEO teams to develop content strategies and ensure content aligns with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, punctuation, tone, and accuracy.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into content.
• Ensure content adheres to editorial guidelines and meets deadlines.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO), using targeted keywords and on-page optimization techniques.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats such as infographics, newsletters, or social media posts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role.
• Portfolio of published writing samples.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, HTML, and web publishing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with tools like Grammarly, Hemingway, or Surfer SEO.
• Understanding of content marketing, inbound marketing, and customer journey.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience writing for different industries or niches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
