As a Content Strategist at the company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's digital presence by blending creative thinking, art direction, and script writing skills. Your responsibilities will include: - **Creative Direction & Visual Storytelling:** - Acting as the art director for digital content, ads, and short-form videos - Defining visual language, mood, tone, and storytelling formats - Collaborating with designers, video editors, and creators to bring ideas to life - **Script Writing & Narratives:** - Crafting compelling scripts for various platforms such as Reels, Shorts, YouTube ads, UGC, and brand films - Transforming abstract ideas like personality, emotions, and insights into relatable human stories - **Content Strategy & Ideation:** - Developing and owning content strategies for both organic and paid channels - Generating original content ideas based on human behavior, psychology, and culture - Creating repeatable content formats that can be scaled across different platforms - **Virality & Performance Collaboration:** - Working closely with the performance marketing team to produce conversion-focused creatives - Optimizing scripts and visual narratives based on engagement and performance data - Iterating constantly based on real-world performance to enhance effectiveness In addition to the responsibilities listed, the ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - **Creative & Strategic Skills:** - Extensive experience as a content strategist, art director, or creative lead - Exceptional script writing and storytelling abilities - Proficiency in thinking visually in frames, beats, and scenes - **Platform & Format Expertise:** - In-depth knowledge of platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC formats, and paid video ads - Understanding of organic vs. performance-driven content - Strong awareness of culture, trends, and internet behavior - **Taste, Judgment & Originality:** - Strong creative taste with the ability to distinguish premium from generic content - Capability to simplify complex concepts into impactful stories Nice to have qualifications include a background in advertising agencies or digital studios, experience with intangible products, and basic knowledge of performance metrics and creative testing. Your success in this role will be defined by the creation of engaging content that resonates with the audience, maintains a consistent brand voice, and drives growth.
