Content Specialist (Summarization & Prompt Writing)

As a skilled English writer with a strong attention to detail and a passion for clear communication, you will be responsible for condensing lengthy documents, articles, or transcripts into concise and accurate summaries. Crafting clear prompts for various tasks and ensuring compliance with specified protocols will also be a key aspect of your role. Your background in Journalism or a related field will be beneficial in excelling in this position due to your expertise in impactful writing and adherence to editorial standards. Your responsibilities will include summarization, prompt writing, content editing & proofreading, compliance with guidelines, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and quality assurance. You will work closely with project managers, editors, data analysts, and other team members to understand project objectives and refine content effectively. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience in writing/editing will also be considered. Demonstrated ability to produce clear, engaging, and grammatically sound English content is essential, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and adaptability in adjusting writing style for different audiences and formats. Additionally, you should possess research & analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and technical proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
