As a Video Shooting Executive, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality video content for various campaigns and content needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, setting up, and executing video shoots for different projects - Operating cameras, lighting, and sound equipment efficiently - Collaborating with creative and marketing teams to understand video goals and requirements - Ensuring smooth shooting operations and meeting deadlines - Capturing both staged and real-time footage as needed - Organizing raw footage and coordinating with editors for post-production - Maintaining and managing all video production equipment - Visiting on-site locations for client/project shoots as required To excel in this role, you should have: - 2 years of experience in video shooting/production - Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting, and sound equipment - Understanding of basic video composition, lighting setups, and framing - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus - Flexibility to work in both studio and outdoor environments Preferred qualities include a creative mindset, attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for visual storytelling. A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your past work is highly desirable. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid time off.
